The room was really nice and the staff were amazing. Hotel was beautiful inside. Ease of check in and room entry.

Cleanliness. Towels given had stains and stickers within them. Kind of makes you question if the towels are actually getting washed properly. Pimple patches on the floor and stains and the floor. Shampoo bottle ect you could tell had not been changed.

"I had a great stay!"

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, and the whole hotel was very well-maintained, from the lobby to the pool area, recently renovated. Speaking of amenities, the pool was perfect for relaxing, the gym had everything I needed, and the jacuzzi was hot! The location was also fantastic—just a short distance from the River Walk, The Alamo, and plenty of great dining and shopping options. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

"Renovated Property!"

We had an excellent stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The newly renovated rooms were spotless clean. The water purification on each floor was very thoughtful and accomodating. The decoarted lobby was very attractive to little ones to hang out and play games. This property is very safe and close to great restaurants.
