Absolutely loved our stay staff was wonderful and professional and very helpful when needed to be. Would recommend staying here and my family and will back soon.

Clean, comfortable bed, floors throughout the room and halls. The location was perfect, very centralized.

From the moment I walked in, it smelled so good and clean. Ana received us at the counter with a big smile. She was very helpful and informative. Then as we walked down the hallway towards the elevator, everything was so clean. Even walking towards the room. As soon as we entered the room, everything was cleaned and smelled so good. A/C worked great, bathroom was very clean. As the days went by, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed a towel or supplies, they never denied anything. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I will stay here again when I go back to Lakeland Florida.

This place is close to downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found their rates were very fair. I travel a lot for work and the amenities accommodate my work and rest. I recommend this hotel over many others in the area.

For the most part the facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly.

We stayed in room 202 and thankfully it was just for 1 night. Our room had dead gnats in the bathroom and there was a leak we believe coming from the A/C. My lady stepped on a puddle when she woke up due to this leak. We were there for one night but we told the staff first thing in the morning while we were leaving so that no one else has to deal with it.
