Cristallo Hotel

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lies leider zu wünschen übrig (insbesondere Dusche, Bad und Teppichboden). Das Frühstück nahmen wir nur an einem Tag in Anspruch, da der Kaffee wirklich nicht gut war. Allerdings fanden wir ein sehr nettes Café in der Nähe (mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee und Croissants). Der Duschvorleger fehlte an 4 von 6 Tagen und die Seife beim Waschbecken ist ausgegangen und wurde für den Rest unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Un tre stelle datato e fuori dal centro (mezzi pubblici abbastanza comodi) con un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Le stanze in super offerta probabilmente sono anche le meno rinnovate (rispetto alle foto carticate per esempio): la mia aveva un lettino con rete a molle che faceva la conca, un arredo un po' così e un bagnetto cieco non ben aerato e con porta doccia difettosa. Pulizia adeguata (magari usare anche meno candeggina...)... In compenso una buona e fresca colazione compresa nel prezzo. Accoglienza cortese. In sostanza: un 6+

Considering how much this hotel cost I thought it was very good. You can't expect too much for a small outlay so I was satisfied with what I found. The staff were friendly and helpful. Other reviewers have complained that there is no lift, that is a harsh criticism as there are only two levels. Breakfast was included. Good value.
