"Rude and poor service 75% of the time."

6.0

May not come back until service improves. Beware of gratuity charge and separate tip charge, got me for three days of my trip. I was paying gratuity charge and 20% tip on top. 38% tip and poor service 75% of the time.

"Employees are antipathetics."

6.0

Big infrastructure

The employees are really cold, antipathetic, seems they are doing a favor. 90% of the employees are like that. Felt uncomfortable.

"just OK"

10.0

room was neat and spacious, cove pool warm and not crowded. pool area included wait service.

no breakfast on site, food cost way over priced and not that high a quality, drinks, except for beer was also way overpriced. mini golf at $40 per player was also overpriced, should have been a free amenity. considering the cost to stay i would have expected more nightly entertainment at a reasonable cost. casino was the best i have visited in the caribbean but way too rich with few low ante tables reducing the entertainment value.

"A nightmare"

1.0

Nothing is good in that hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff treated us with complete disrespect and spoke to us in an unpleasant and dismissive manner. Throughout our stay, it felt very clear that tourists are not welcome here. The attitude was unprofessional, hostile, and at times came across as outright discriminatory. We were also shocked to be charged $600 for a spa experience without being informed in advance that the spa was under renovation. Instead of a proper spa setting, the “massage” was done in a remote, neglected corner of the hotel. It was, without exaggeration, the worst massage we have ever had. The hotel itself is in poor condition. There was a bad smell throughout the property, the rooms are outdated, and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I am still suffering from neck pain as a result. Overall, this hotel offers terrible service, misleading practices, and extremely poor comfort standards. Absolutely not recommended.

"Not worth it - historical “cove” experience is long gone"

4.0

We have stayed here several times and only learned upon arrival that COVE is no longer adult only. Massive disappointment but we should have read the fine print. Room is definitely showing its age with frayed carpet and mold in shower. Not representative of a $1700+ a night experience. What is advertised as “adult only” pool is not. At least 20% of guests are under 18 making it even harder to find a precious lounge chair. Rigor should be amplied or just call it a regular pool. $150 room service breakfast took an hour and arrived cold. $15 for single glass of OJ. Really! I get that’s it’s an island and that everything is grossly expense but between 20% VAT and obligatory 15% tip on everything your forced to pay 25% premium on top. Why even call it a tip if it’s obligatory. Just call it another of the many fees! As this experience is not what we expected we plan to leave a day early. Requested conversation with leadership regarding one night refund or credit towards hotel amenities. Was quickly dismissed and told nothing could be done. No flexibility in room Carmines: no option for half portion makes it silly for couples who want different food. It’s already impossible to get reservations at hotel restaurants and this policy makes it even harder Nice gym but crowded and too small for a property of this size Staff kind and professional overall. Mandatory tip policy dilutes culture of high performance. Overall property remains impressive with great location and potential for next chapter in what was a 1st class gold standard in the past but they have a long way to go. A good start would be to place quality ahead of profit. Abandon the required 25% up charge on everything and cultivate performance based environment .

"Ko Sa Wan popup best meal ever at Atlantis"

10.0

Ko Sa Wan popup is hands down the best meal I have had at Atlantis. I’ve been coming down for 25 years and have tried every iteration of every restaurant and wow. Don’t miss out before it disappears. Everything was delicious. Favorites were the fried snapper, conch salad, short rib curry, tuna all, tom yum soup, grilled steak salad, pad Thai and jasmine panna cotta We loved it so much we are going for a second night in a row Highly recommend! I wish they would make them permanent or do more popups

"Atlantis a must stay lication"

10.0

The Atlantis is a complete 1 stop shop for the Casino traveler. Great staff, decent casino, excellent food with numerous choices (Seafire Steakhouse a must do) several pools/ beaches/waterslides and aquarium adventures for all ages. Great spa thats a little pricey but great. And lots of shopping for all budgets. Walk all over or take the shuttle! I will return again and again.
