Having dinner in a cold tent Plates freezing when dinner served on them The set menu for the whole day was not appealing menu really needs to be revised Gourmet Burger was not gourmet. I couldn't eat it We went to Ballina to have soup and sandwiches for lunch as it's not on the menu The lights on the outside of the castle shone through our windows even with the shutters and black out curtains closed as there were gaps
GBThis is a truly special hotel, great standard and great service. The bar is great and the restaurant is one of the best standards of food, service and quality we have had in the west coast of Ireland. The meal was amazing, what an incredible experience 5 stars. We loved the amazing staff, all very talented, friendly and knowledgeable, we will definitely be going back. Thanks Mount Falcon team.
