L'amabilité du "petit" personnel.

Rideau douche cassé, verrouillage fenêtre cassé, nettoyage/insalubre (mouchoires usagés des précédents clients sous les lits), 1 seule lumière fonctionnelle sur 4, climatisation hs(nous avons due dormir porte et fenêtre ouverte)... Chambre "18" Nous avons été reloger à la "76", même constat, sauf un nettoyage plus réussi. Etcpoutant, le personnel de maintenance a rigolé car ils étaient déjà au courant de la situation. L'Adjointe de direction semble feindre l'gnorance, néanmoins se permet de nous prendre de haut et pour des imbéciles. Elle nous dit qu'elle n'y peut rien, et qu'il faut se rapprocher de booking.
