Nagyon kedves személyzet volt. Miután este kilenc után, pár perccel érkezésünk előtt rendeltünk szállást, ezért olyan szobát kaptunk, amelynek csak Tetőablakai voltak, normál ablaka nem, de ez minket nem zavart, egy szóval sem említettük, mivel így is eszméletlen jó felszereltséggel bírt a szoba, hatalmas, kényelmes ággyal, de mégis másnap reggelinél felajánlottak egy másik szobát, ami a korábbinak a kétszerese volt, erkéllyel Panorámás kilátással, mivel az egy sarki szoba volt. A reggeli változatos és finom volt és például a kávét felszolgálták, nem magunknak kellet elkészíteni. A fürdőszobában a tipikus megszokott dolgok mellett fogápolási szett is volt, amely magában foglalta fogkefét és fogkrémet is. A kád jacuzzi-s volt. Miután vonattal közlekedtünk Bolognába, ezért úgy döntöttünk hogy, gyalog megyünk az állomásra, amely egy kb. 20 perc volt. Parkolás pedig az épület körül egy egyirányú úton lehetséges ingyen, de lehetett volna mélygarázsba is parkolni fizetés ellenében.
