Nous avons vécu une expérience très désagréable pendant notre séjour. Un individu est venu la nuit et a provoqué beaucoup de bruit et de perturbations jusqu'à l'arrivée des policiers . De plus, il y a eu une coupure de courant. Par ailleurs, quelqu’un a mis des œufs dans le micro-ondes, ce qui a provoqué une explosion. Cela a éclaboussé mes vêtements et ceux de mon ami, les rendant sales. Cette situation montre un manque de sécurité et de surveillance dans l’établissement.

Il y avait des cafards dans ma chambre, on a dû me changer de chambre sans me rembourser, je suis aujourd'hui sous traitement depuis une semaine car j'ai énormément de piqûres sur mon corps c'est un établissement qui est dangereux pour la clientèle
