Ann Arbor B&B Inn

I loved how eclectic this property was! It was cozy and in a great area. Pat was a lovely innkeeper and made the best breakfast. It was easy to walk to Kerrytown and UofM campus so it's a great location.

We really liked the decor and the historical feel of the property. And the hists were very welcoming and polite.

Owner is very kind. Room was very nice. Beds were exceptionally comfortable

While the overall B&B has great character and a wonderful location, we were 1) not given the room we booked specifically through Hotels.com and 2) the bathtub/shower had not been cleaned. It was in poor shape overall with quite a bit of mildew, but it clearly had been used and not cleaned since it's last use. We were unable to shower.

The Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Pat, the innkeeper is there to attend to anything you need. Great breakfast in a most unusual setting. Right on the Michigan campus.

Cozy, quirky, and charming, a true B&B experience in Ann Arbor. Wonderful breakfast and so many cool things to see and admire in a historic A2 home.

What an amazing find - Pat is a legendary B&B host and the place is so unique! Super comfortable beds, spacious yet cozy common areas. So nice to take some time to connect with other guests at breakfast. My son and I had a great stay and will definitely be back the next time we are visiting family in Ann Arbor!

Charming, great breakfast, a bit dated and rustic, but an Ann Arbor gem. Close to campus and a short walk to restaurants.
