Heureusement qu'il y avait quelqu'un à l'accueil pour m'aider

L'odeur immonde de la chambre, un cendrier sent meilleur. On m'a changé de chambre, cette seconde n'avait pas été nettoyé, les draps en désordre etc. Ce n'est que la troisième chambre qui était acceptable, la seule prise était à trois mettres du lit et il n'y avait pas de serviette.

la chambre n'était pas propre, kes étaient sales, il n'y avait pas de savon dans la salle de bain, ni la baisse des WC, le petit-déjeuner n'était pas au top, c'est décevant, je ne retournerai jamais dans cet établissement.
