Reception opening hours: Monday to Staurday 07:00 - 20:00 Saturdays and Sundays 07:00 - 19:00 Information regarding late arrivals and no-shows: Check-in is before 8:00 PM. If you cannot change your arrival time, please contact the hotel before 7:00 PM local time. The credit card holder must be present during the stay. This credit card will be used in case of damage to the room or violation of the rules (e.g., smoking in the room/theft of towels). You are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival. This deposit must be paid by credit card. Reimbursement should be processed within 7 days of your departure. The deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, subject to a damage inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
