Newer facility. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Coffee is terrible. Day workers were great. Nighttime staff is a bit lazy as far as I'm concerned. There was a large group who took over the pool the entire stay...disappointing yet happens. The same group proceeded to run the halls all night banging on walls. Slamming doors. They must of had rooms all over the hotel. One was right next to is...lucky us. Were were in the area to pick up my son from college. A trip I make often and am still looking for pur favorite stay. We tried to go to bed around 9 as we had a long drive. We struggled for hpurs to fall asleep due to the noise. Around 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. the front desk rang our room phone to alert us to a alleged noise complaint from our room. We told him to come on up and listen. We had finally fallen asleep and now he was waking us. Zero stars. Added to an already unpleasant stay. Potentially a good hotel if only the staff would handle things a tad better. I am not returning. I'll spend a little more to go across the street next time.

Out of breakfast by 0630.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

We met wifh family and went swimming. We have over 10 kids and 4 adults in the pool area. All of the lids got sick. My eldest had chest pains and burning eyes. All of us started to feel sick and coughing. I brought this up to the front desk and was told that they know of the issue of chlorine hurting people because the mushroom in the kid pool is on. I was told that the ventilation system is outdated and they know about the issue as the same thing has been reported before. This is dangerous. I also had a neighbor that was rude. We hadnt even been in our room for 16 mins and showering off after the pool and I was met by our "neighbor" to keep quiet and my kids quiet. I have 2 toddlers an 8 yr old with a behavioral disorder and a 12 yr old. I cant help the noise.

We did not eat at the hoteldue to family weekend @ the college. We met friends & ate there.Everything was good, close to the college, would stay again.

We were there 1 nite & was busy visiting the college etc. So never got to go to the pool or eat breakfast.

I loved everything about my stay
