Nous sommes CHOQUÉES de constater qu'à l'accueil TOUS LES NUMEROS DE NOTRE CARTE BLEUE ONT ETE NOTÉS SUR L'ORDINATEUR Y COMPRIS LE CRYPTOGRAMME AVANT MÊME QUE NOUS AYONS PU L'EMPÊCHER ! "C'est normal, nous a-t-on répondu, c'est en cas de dégradations dans la chambre.. tous les hôtels font ça !.. et lorsque le client est parti, dès le lendemain, les numéros sont effacés!" CE QUI EST FAUX PUISQUE TOUS LES HOTELS (Y COMPRIS LES KYRIAD OÙ NOUS AVONS LOGÉ, NE FONT JAMAIS CELA MAIS FONT NORMALEMENT DES EMPREINTES DE CARTE SANS CRYPTOGRAMME ! NOUS SOMMES PARTIES TRÈS INQUIÈTES ! DEVONS NOUS PORTER PLAINTE CONTRE KYRIAD ? De plus le matin, nous avons déposé notre clef sur le comptoir de la réception au milieu des autres en l'absence de la réceptionniste qui s'occupait plus loin d'un client. Aurions nous dù payer le vol ou kes dégradations dans notre chambre de quelqu'un qui aurait pris notre clef ? D'autre part, l'hôtel , bien que surveillé nous a-t-on dit, n'a aucune grille, ni code à la porte d'entrée.

La chambre propre et confortable. Petit dejeuner correct

La proximité avec la voie rapide, maivaise insonorisation avec l'exterieur et entre les chambres. Une mauvaise ideur dans le couloir. L'hotel est morose et terne. Le parking et l'entrée de l'hotel ne ferment pas. Tout le monde peut aller dans les étages à partir de 20h car plus de reception. Salle de bain très petite
