Premiere Classe Cergy Saint Christophe

From the booking site, the Premiere Classe Saint Christophe are showing the nice rooms and their facilities but in reality they is a lot of faulty need to be fixed. In addition, some of their reception staff need to have a full good customers training which will help them to respect the customers because there is a big lack of respect of some of staff especially one the reception staff who receive me in the three first days I stayed there and he does not respect the customers.

Disrespect, lack of good customers services skills to some of the staff, not a good hygiene in the room also in some facilities, shower soap is very very small for an adult to use and we cannot have shower properly and others complaints which might limited the customers to come again into this hotel. Brief this Premiere Classe hotel are not honest about the services they are provided to their customers - they are just thinking about their rights without thinking about the rights of the customers.

Je n'ai rien aimé car je n'ai pas dormir dans l'hôtel vu que le monsieur m'a demander de payer 12e pour mon bébé prématuré de 7mois et en plus de ça une caution de 70e donc voila
