Inn at Mulberry Grove

I did not stay because the front desk manager wouldn't let me check in even tho the room was paid for talking about he needed a credit card with my name on it even tho it was paid for by my fiance.

Check in policy has changed I wish the booking sites would inform us better before we book.

Did not eat breakfast.

Didnt have an iron or ironing board in the room and only 1 hanger.

The rooms could have been cleaned better the beds underneath were disgusting... and the refrigerator didn't work so all the food and dairy products I purchased prior to getting to the room..... they all had to be thrown out.... and I would've asked for another room but there was no office personnel around at night apparently. I was not very happy about this at all.

My second time staying at the Inn. The room could be slightly cleaner, but at least there's a fridge.

Can’t expect much from the price. Room looked about what you’d expect from a cheap hotel. Booked a king bed, but we were given a full. Was told we were already getting a “discount rate” since all the king rooms were booked, but worker would not give me any proof to back that up. Wasn’t really a huge issue though. Second night I found bed bugs in the mattress and had to change rooms. Worker reacted like that was a common thing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Toilet constantly ran TV didn’t work tried to contact them to get it fixed lobby closes at 9pm and they don’t answer phone either. Owners were rude when I did get to interact. I got what I paid for it was cheap.
