"Exceptional"

The staff and atmosphere were incredible. It wasn't too busy either so it felt like a personal touch when we got to interact. LOVE that the parking is attached and heated! The staff went above when they found out we were having a makeshift honeymoon, sent a beautiful card and chocolate covered strawberries💜

The hot tub jets didn't work very well unfortunately. The placement of some thing in the room didn't make sense. We had to move the TV so when we did watch some shows the screen wasn't half cut off from the bed.

Location and facilities were great.

Parking for a truck wasnt available and the parking lot across the street was convenient but the access of it while staying at the hotel was terrible. Was assaulted while trying to park during a busy time after paying for weekend parking.

Location!

Parking was difficult at times. Saw vehicles in the handicapped parking. My husband has various medical issues and has a valid handicap sticker for the window, but could always use it.

"Courtyard - A great location/place to stay"

Great location near the waterfront, restaurants and many attractions in downtown Halifax. Stayed one night, the property and room are kept clean but the balcony left something to be desired. Overall a good place to stay in Halifax.

-Wide spacious room (king suite) -The whole unit was clean and quiet -The bed was very comfortable -Well equipped room with lots of tables, lamps and chairs as well as a microwave oven, coffee machine and a mini-fridge -Quick check-out -The hotel is located in walking distance to many stores and restaurants, as well as the harbourfront

-The two thermostats in the unit didn't work properly -The bed pillows were were too soft -There was only one clerk at check-in so we had to wait for a while -The restaurant only offered a reduced menu (for unclear reasons) so we decided to go elsewhere for our meals
