"When we go back to Orlando I will definitely consider Orange lake again before comparing prices to local resorts"

The villa, the pools, and the staff were great. We stayed here instead of a Disney owned property and I would do it again. It took only 17 mins in the morning to get to the parks. My son enjoyed the activities they had for the kids. We rented a golf cart to get around to all the pools and my son thought that was really cool

I would say the only complaint I would give is the food was over priced and not all that great. It wasn’t bad, but for the price, it wasn’t good. Fortunately the property is on a main strip of restaurants and we made food in the fantastic kitchen in the villa or went out to eat

Pool area.

Requested early check in at 2pm-room not ready. I was told I would be called when my room was ready. No call received; I contacted the resort at 4:30pm and I was told they thought they notified me at 3:30pm—phone records clearly show this is false.
