Correspondant parfaitement à la description. Très propre. Formalités d'admission très simples. Étant installé à l'arrière, pas de soucis au niveau de la circulation. Le climatiseur semblait être en panne mais il y avait un ventilateur sur pied fourni. Cependant pas eu besoin vu les températures agréables. Petit déjeuner compris très complet et copieux.

Very little to like.

Charged an extra tax on arrival. The rooms were awful. The beds and curtains looked like they were from the 1980s. The sink and toilet had stains. The room stank. Plug sockets were up high close to ceiling so could not charge phone. On arrival we found other people’s luggage inside the property suggesting someone else was still there. There were what looked like crackheads hanging around outside in the car park. I left my items inside the room, came out to complain to reception only to find they had gone home and locked up, I went back to my room and my keycard stopped working so could not enter my room. As a wheelchair user, I broke down as my medication, car keys and money were all inside the room. I phoned the number given on this booking.com advertisement numerous times but had no answer. I suffered bladder pain due to this. We managed to finally locate a caretaker who let us back in the room at this point I took my belongings, handed the keycard back and paid an extra £73 to book myself in a far better hotel across the road. This was around 8pm so we did not even stay here. I want my money back. It’s absolutely disgusting. I warn anyone considering never to use this hotel. It’s more like a run down hostel full of crackheads. My wife and kids did not feel safe at all. Pay extra and go elsewhere. Trust me. You will regret it.

Nous avons attendu plus de 35 minutes car le directeur avait oublié de prévenir l'agent qui était de nuit qu'il y avait une mise à jour du logiciel nous avons dû réveiller cet agent à 2h du matin et on est resté avec lui jusqu'à quasiment 3h nous avons perdu 1h de notre sommeil et de notre temps et ça faisait déjà deux fois que ça arrive à première classe

Les douches sont sales les pommes de douche sont pleins de tartre le système ne tient plus c'est décevant pour le prix

les chambres étaient propres

Clim non fonctionnel dans les 3 chambres Badge magnétique défaillant, obligé de le changer 2 fois en 2 jours
