La douche était propre, la literie bonne

Tarif à la hausse car concert dans la ville et porte d'entrée défectueux donc problème d'ouverture faire des réparations rapidement.

L hotel en lui meme bien rien a dire mais par contre, souci de réservation via BOOKING( j ai réservé 2 fois une chambre pour 3 jours car ma box faisait que déconnecter) donc 2 chambres ont ete validees et quand je suis arrivé, moi meme pas au courant que 2 chambres avait ete réservées donc il ont voulu me faire payer 3 nuits x 2 donc on va dire 400 euros et plus en sachant que 3 nuits étaient dans les 200 euros....Donc responsable appelé et ils m ont quand meme fait payer 1 nuit en plus de la seconde réservation donc dans les 300 euros pour 3 nuits j ai du payer ainsi qu une caution non débitée de 100 euros que j ai donné en espèce et su ils m ont rendu ce lundi matin apres avoir verifier la chambre....Donc moi qui est toujours dans des hôtels toutes l annee en étant organisateur d événement, c est une honte et depuis des années, je n ai jamais eu un tel accueil donc ce Campanille, je fais lui faire une belle pub et des demain j appelle un membre de ma famille qui est un peu placé on va dire chez CAMPANILE donc en aucun cas je vais laisser passer ca Mr Vidal Christophe 11200 Lezignan Corbières
