Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’eau de la douche durant toute la durée de notre séjour. Je suis allée 3 fois à la réception me plaindre et un technicien venait à chaque fois essayer de réparer le problème. Malheureusement le problème revenait de suite après : plus d’eau, plus de pression et pas d’eau chaude

This hotel is simply wow from the moment you arrive. Nestled in an oasis of lush greenery and nature, yet only steps away from a silky-soft sandy beach—easily the best on the island—it truly feels like paradise. We stayed in a junior suite with a private pool, which was amazing. The room was spacious, and our pool enjoyed sunshine all afternoon, making it perfect to spend mornings at the beach and afternoons relaxing in our very own warm pool. The hotel really makes you feel immersed in nature. During our stay, we saw a variety of birds, as well as lizards, iguanas, and the adorable raccoons that left their little footprints around our pool each morning. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and traditional Mexican dishes, along with an omelette station for something made to order. We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis because we wanted to explore the authentic local restaurants in town, but the prawn tacos and seafood pizza we tried at the hotel one day were absolutely delicious. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, friendly, and professional. We also enjoyed practising a little Spanish with them, which added a lovely personal touch to our stay. The location was ideal—just a 10 to 15-minute walk into town, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. The only thing worth noting, if you’re planning an adults-only style getaway, is that the hotel welcomes families, so there were quite a few children around. It could be a little noisy at times, particularly around the main pool and during breakfast, but it didn’t bother us personally. I’m so glad I chose to stay here—it has left us with wonderful memories of a truly magical trip to Isla Holbox. Gracias!

Hotel should have contacted us to tell us that we should get a taxi. The island is a sand island and after rain the roads are flooded. The hotel had informed us we could walk or get a taxi due to the close proximity. However, they should have contacted us to inform us that they had experience rain and the hotel was not accessible via the walking route. Would have saved us stress!

De beloofde Master Suite had absoluut en totaal geen zeezicht (zelfs niet gedeeltelijk) zoals beloofd en waar ik voor had betaald. Geen excuses en geen uitleg! Onacceptabel.
