Location, bed quality, room was clean & tidy

Very small tiny room for 3 people, with almost no leg space, no water in room for 3 guests, front desk said it's chargeable, was there for hardly 12 hrs, for that $170 USD without breakfast is an exorbitant money, on top of that 4 Euro was charged as city tax. Not value for money at all.
