Réceptionniste ( Eddy ) très gentil à l écoute serviable réactif je reviendrai très prochainement pour mes déplacements pro proximité de l aéroport et de Marseille et nombreuses places de stationnement donc pas de soucis à se faire aussi à ce niveau là

"insécurité"

Premièrement le lit double constitué de deux matelas a fais que se désolidariser au milieu et j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit, et cerise sur le gateau à 5h30 du matin une personne à ouvert spontanément ma porte !! porte devant être sécurisé!! et la personne est ensuite partie en refermant la porte. Je n'ai rien compris. Sentiment d'insécurité dans cet hotel. Avant mon départ j'en ai fait par à l'accueil, ils m'ont dit que je serais rappelé par le directeur, 1h plus tard le gentil monsieur de l'acceuil me rapelle et me dis que le directeur avait di que j'aurais une remise pour la prochaine fois, non merci je ne reviendrai plus!

"Lovely staff"

Rooms were quite tight; easily the smallest shower I have ever used. Smaller than my camper shower! However, lots of hot water & the daily cleaning was top notch. The breakfast was finest hit- from - the - oven croissant and pan au chocolate with plenty of hot fresh coffee and yogurt. Got us off on a great start. Shout out to the desk staff. Fantastique!

"Pas à l’écoute "

J’avais demandé une chambre à l étage et en bout de couloir. J’ai eu au 1er et au milieu. Une odeur de cigarette très prononcée dans la chambre. Pas d oreillers pour le lit en mezzanine et pas de couverture supplémentaire. Aucune explications donnés.

En partant à 5h du matin, nous avons été bloqué pour sortir du parking sans avoir eu d'information à ce sujet. Il fallait en fait aller sonner dans l'hotel en face pour que le veilleur de nuit ouvre le portail.
