"Pour dépanner une nuit..."

Arrivé à 22H00 et nombreux problèmes ce soir là pour les arrivants. Difficultés à payer à la borne et/ou récupérer leurs chambres (moi y compris). Heureusement que la personne de l'accueil était encore là pour aider les personnes en galère… Literie inconfortable et surement vieille (molle au milieu et dure sur les côtés). J'ai entendu 3 dames d'une même chambre se plaindre le matin qu'elles n'avaient pas de papier toilettes dans leur chambre! Et pour finir les photos des chambres sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à ma chambre qui n'était pas neuve, et avec le store cassé et attaché donc je n'ai pas pu le baisser…

Après avoir attendu 35 minutes l ouverture de l’accueil nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre minuscule pour 3 personnes impossible de passer entre les lits sans se cognée à la télé pour aller à la douche ; sans parler du bruit : on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines obligés de mettre des bouchons anti bruit !! Le petit déjeuner était limité pour le prix du pain congelé ainsi que les croissants très décevant

Remercions la personne de service ce jour là qui a assuré. C'est le seul point positif que nous retenons de cette hôtel cette année. Douche cassé, rideau de douche cassé, chauffage plus de pile dans la télécommande. Porte d'entrée rafistolée qui ne fermé quasi pas.. La moyenne de la note monte uniquement grâce au professionnalisme du réceptionniste. Hôtel vêtus.

"nuite hotel pas agreable. "

L'hotel ne trouve pas ma reservarion, tandis que j'ai bien reserve sur hotel.com et paye en avance. De plus, l'hotel me demande de payer une nuite a nouveu sur place avec un tafif plus eleve. Du coup, j'ai du passer a plusieur reprises sur la plateforme hotel.com pour demander l'aide afin de resoudre le probleme. Apres 1h d'attente devant l'acceil, l'hotel a accepte de creer une reservation perdu sur leur systeme en insitant toujour que ce n'est pas leur respomsabilite. Une nuit pas du tout agreable.

Le site aurait dû specifier que l accueil se faisait 24h sur 24h car j ai eu peur ne pouvant les joindre par tel en journée qu il n y est personne au delà de 21h
