"A éviter bien que le personnel soit agréable avec le sens du service"

L'attention de mettre à disposition 2 bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre en accueil client est appréciable ainsi que le fait qu'il y ait deux cartes d'accès permettant d'en avoir une réservée pour la lumière est appréciable.

L'étage général est plutôt moyen. La porte d'entrée censée avoir un accès sécurisée avec code après 19h était grande ouverte limitant la sécurité d'accès. L'évier de la salle de bain avait des marques et le branchement du sèche serviette avec des fils apparents est très moyen également. L'insonorisation est presque inexistante. La propreté laisse aussi à désirer avec une taie d'oreiller tachée et de marque sur la housse de couette.

J’ai oublié ma sacoche avec mes papiers personnels et la gérante a fait le nécessaire pour récupérer dans la chambre et me la garder pour la récupérer au retour. Un grand merci. Très professionnel !!! Je ne partage pas les avis négatifs. Sinon changez d’hôtel et payez beaucoup plus cher ( région parisienne)

Je pense qu’il faudrait améliorer le nettoyage des chambres.
