Loved the staff they were lovely

The pillows were thin and hard. Which I personally don’t like. I like them a little thicker and a fraction softer. But that is personal preference. 🌹

Room was ok. Was charged for Garden view room. But there was no garden.

Poor customer service. Didn't feel welcoming. No wifi provided. The room had aome kind of smell. The blanket provided was smelly. No power points near the bed.

Comfy, spacious. Back and front door, pool garden, good shower

Water damaged chipboard cupboard near fridge, microwave not advertised...we nearly didnt book because of this. Benchtop looked dirty.
