la proximité immédiate avec la très belle vieille ville d'Ostuni on laisse sa voiture au parking de l'hôtel et soit à pied soit en tuk-tuk on visite la ville. le personnel est charmant, l'hôtel très confortable et magnifique, le petit déjeuner somptueux, notre chambre avait vu sur la mer.

Dans ce 4 étoiles, il manque un mini plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre. mais c'est un détail au vu de l'ensemble de l'établissement.

La struttura è vicina al centro abitato più caratteristico, è confortevole, la colazione è varia. La nostra camera purtroppo era a bordo strada e non era proprio silenziosa. Ho apprezzato il parcheggio interno. Buono il rapporto qualità /prezzo.

La chambre minuscule, la salle d'eau avec une douche de taille ridicule et un filet d'eau sortant du pommeau, le mobilier défraîchi, le tout composant un ensemble sinistre. Question : où sont les quatre étoiles ?

Builders equipment left in public areas. Wedding took over the complete attention of staff. No assistance with bags, had to beg for a drink on the terrace. Very basic rooms. No desire to look after guests. Never a 4* hotel
