"2 nuits passées dans cet établissement. il n'y aura jamais de 3e"

Il s'agit d'une 2e nuit de passage ; lits corrects Petit déjeuner pris au Campanile voisin = très fourni et bon.

4 chambres réservées ; pour l'une d'elles, impossible de prendre la douche (robinet bloqué). Pour ma propre chambre, j'ai un doute quant au nettoyage ; en effet, il restait sur le lavabo la savonnette utilisée par l'occupant principal ; impression de traces sur un oreiller (d'où draps changés ?) Les installations sanitaires sont à revoir. Etablissement ayant vieilli

"Rénovation générale à faire d’urgence !"

Proximité avec le Campanille (petit déjeuner) Accès facile entre Aix les bains et Chambery.

État général vétuste (toutes les peintures intérieures et extérieures ainsi que les boiseries). Rideau de douche cassé et crasseux, table toute abîmée, éclairage salle bain vacillant, loquet de la fenêtre cassé, VMC ultra bruyante, aucune étagère de rangement…

Heureusement que le personnel de l’accueil était sympathique car l’état de l’établissement est inadmissible mais eux n’y sont pour rien .

Sol de la chambre sale , draps tachés , robinet et douche qui fuit en continu. Porte recouverte de scotch

Hôtel totalement vétuste ne bénéficiant de toutes évidences d’aucun entretien, chambre et sanitaires exigus confort obsolète et cerise sur le gâteau responsable antipathique et infecte…
