"Mal servicio al huésped"

El hotel es lindo. Cómodo y limpio. Las habitaciones están bien, el servicio de limpieza muy bueno. Bien en relación precio-calidad.

La atención de las recepcionista de la mañana deja mucho que desear. No son nada amables, aunque apriori se hagan las que si. Una mañana la cafetera del desayuno se rompió (cosas que pasan) y fuimos a pedir a la recepción agua caliente para hacernos una infusión y nos querían cobrar por el agua caliente. Agua caliente que solo requiere tocar un botón y listo. Ridículo. Asimismo, frente a un problema grave como que un desayuno se quede sin café a las 9am, no ofrecieron ninguna respuesta a esta situación aún cuando el hotel cuenta con dos cafeteras más en el mismo lugar (una en el bar y otra en la recepción). Muy poco servicial su actitud, deberían practicar más su empatía. El recepcionista de la tarde súper majo, nada que ver con las dos de la mañana. Una pena que baje la puntuación por algo que podría ser fácilmente mejor como la atención de recepción.
