Hotel Villa Carlotta

The hotel is really beautiful, the restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the food was good. Comfortable beds.

It was not really clean in the bathroom

Very well served by all the staff, especially the staff at the reception and the staff serving breakfast. Really friendly and helpful all around for any need or questions we had. I had also been treated with a surprise on my birthday without mentioning anything. Very clean rooms and a beautiful steak house next door which is part of the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Ragusa!

Evening meal was excellent, with interesting choice of food. Restaurant staff were very helpful and clearly took a pride in their work and were great to talk to. Good local wine recommendations. Breakfast was good, with helpful lady supervising.

We'd have liked a cup of tea earlier in the afternoon - had to wait for the bar at 4.30.

Buon hotel a quattro stelle. Camera ampia e dotata di molti confort. Letto grande. Bagno pulito e spazioso. Mini bar fornito con due bottiglie piccole di acqua naturale e gasata. La finestra (porta-finestra con mini-terrazzo) si apre sul giardino con piscina (non usata in quanto il tempo era sfavorevole). Dalla finestra la mattina presto entra un po' troppa luce.

Property was very clean and the pool was nice

No lift to carry the suitcases upstairs. Lights, balcony door and satellite tv broken
