Boring. Entertainment comes on way too late nothing through the day. Rooms crap unless you want to pay 140 euros for upgrade

Le personnel au top, la piscine extérieure géniale

Le bruit de l'extérieur qu`on entend énormément même la baie vitrée fermée, le rideau ne couvre pas correctement la lumière de l'extérieur.

L’emplacement

La propreté, le personnel pas accueillant, le tarif de l’hôtel pour les prestations. Le bruit des emploies le matin des 7h.. l’espace spa est dans l’hôtel en face. Tout est en supplément comme l’accès au spa, la parking, le coffre. Lits pas confortables.

This hotel is not the best place if you are English. From the very moment we got to reception, after being on a 5:30 am flight and the only ppl being dropped off at this hotel, we felt ignored as we waited at the counter, as 3 staff laughed and chatted with a Spanish couple. When they did bother to help us and give us our key to be told we'd have to wait as room not ready! We'd also have to wait to get a drink as nothing open and no facilities to get a coffee or even water. As for our room there was dust or sawdust in the bottom of wardrobe and dirty marks under the vanity. Tiles at the front of the balcony were broken and it was small, which we had paid extra for, and made it fell unsafe to sit out on. Floor 8 was being called the English floor as we was all being dumped up there! We had to move rooms as we had a leak i our bathroom ceiling. So was moved to floor 7 which was in a much better condition. There were a lot more bits I could complain about. But the worst for us was being made to feel not wanted there.

Quite hilly in places Nice location Bus stop right outside, handy for airport transfers €4 to reuss airport bargain and only took 25 mins. Nice hotel. Entertainment was ok. I would be back
