Die Sauberkeit und insbesondere die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das gute Essen. es verteilt sich alles sehr gut obwohl viel e leute vor ort sind.

Die Zimmertüre (komplett undicht total ringhörig) die Holzpaletten zu den Zimmer (total veraltet, schrauben welche rausstanden) und dass am Sonntag fremde in das Lido gelassen wuden und Hotelgäste kein Platz am Strand hatten.

Bellissima struttura con enormi potenzialità, buona la qualità del cibo e dei ristoranti. Peccato per la pulizia delle camere molto superficiale e per il personale del ristorante a volte addirittura scorbutico.

The resort is very beautiful, well maintained. Facilities are excellent, enjoyed Aqua aerobics, entertainment at night, friendly helpful staff, the very tastefully designed houses, no high rise buildings, pools are gorgeous.

The busyness of the main restaurant, queuing for water, not enough drinks dispensers.

Access to beach. Beautiful pools. Exercise classes.very good food.

Very expensive for half board. Would have been happy if that price had been all inclusive.

The location is perfect, very tranquil surroundings and a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were very nice, one of the best I've stayed in being a solo traveller! Would 100% recommend this hotel, although quite remote with very little around the hotel offers a shuttle twice a day to town and a choice of daily excursions at very good prices. I'm sure this will not be my first & last visit to this resort!

Mare stupendo, ambienti curati e puliti. Mio marito è celiaco e perla prima volta abbiamo trovato un servizio gluten free eccezionale. Antonia la responsabile cucina gluten free e’ attentissima, inoltre ci sono prodotti freschi e non le solite cose precotte. Personale eccellente

Tutto molto bene. Stanza pulita e ampia. Cibo ottimo. Piscine top, mare caraibico. Personale estremamente gentile. Un ringraziamento particolare a Dylan il capo bagnino, gentilissimo con i bambini. Divertenti gli spettacoli serali. Ottima animazione. Mini club super! Team dí animazione perfetto, presenti ma non invadenti. Grazie a tutti!!!

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Ferien. Wir wurden sehr nett und hilfsbereit empfangen, uns wurde sogar extra noch ein kalter Teller bereitgestellt um 22.30 Uhr zum Essen (späte Ankunft). Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, deshalb noch nicht alles geöffnet, dafür noch nicht so "überfüllt". Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schöner Balkon. Wir hatten sehr ruhiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sogar Regendusche. Das Essen war für Buffet gut, immer gute Auswahl. Je nach Wahl leider nur lauwarm oder kalt. Aber Teigwaren wurden immer direkt frisch zubereitet und heiss. Kellner waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Haben sich immer sehr bemüht. Dank Premium Buchung hatten wir reservierten Tisch, was sehr angenehm war. Hotelanlage mit sehr schönem Garten, 3 Pools und Shuttle-Service zum Strand. Eigener grosser Parkplatz, Hotel abgelegen, aber mit Auto idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Nicht 4-Sterne Standard wie bei uns, für uns hat alles gepasst und wir würden Hotel wieder buchen.

Excellent location, all very well maintained and clean. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet (although we did stay during low season). Quality of food on offer is really good for a buffet, and there's a lot of choice. There are two pools and the lovely, sandy beach can be reached on foot (5-10 minutes) or by a free train shuttle. Beautiful vegetation and flowers all around. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Little to no use of plastic, which is great. Very cheap daily shuttle service to Siracusa/Ortigia is a plus!

The restaurant can get quite overcrowded at breakfast and dinner in busy weeks. The resort is going for eco-friendly bath products with small solid detergents/soaps that can be quite tricky and fiddly to use. It would be great if the gate to the beach could be accessible outside of the standard hours 9.00am-7.00pm for those who fancy an early or late swim. Unfortunately prices are really high in July and August :(
