Polite, empathetic, shared information with patience, and followed through on her committed next step well ahead her shared time line. I booked room for daughter and friend in advance asking then to be billed on there behalf. During the booking a step to confirm my approval was overlooked. Danielle was empathetic and a problem solver for my daughter at check in, and worked Roth me to correct the miss. The breakfast was good. I always enjoy waffles. The walk to the beach was short and convenient.

The ice bucket had mold in it. The staff replaced it immediately. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section to refreeze our blue ices for traveling.
