Elevator was not working

Elevators didnt work

Our room key kept getting wiped and we would have to go to the front desk and get it reset. We also spotted a roach in the stairwell. The breakfast was supposed to go until 10am but they were already putting things away at 9:15 so we didn't get to eat!

Mouse feces in room ‘haute virus’ biohazard black mold throughout shower elevator out of order I have handicap issues and was placed on 2nd floor I m recovering from knee replacement and third spinal fusion , I cannot walk length of building with luggage up 2flights of stairs at 69 yrs old, with my disability, the staff came into room took the tip and did nothing,didn’t make bed, change towels &didnt leave coffee or clean up the rodent infestation feces

Good prices and good location

Only Elevator was not working in a three story hotel when arrived and was not fixed by the time I left 5 days later. Had recent hip surgery and they had no first floor rooms available

Elevator didnt work i had a handicap person

The hot tub nor elevators work and it was nasty the breakfast was nasty too
