The nasty room.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at La Quinta by Wyndham PCB Coastal Palms from Thursday through Monday. While I do want to acknowledge that the staff I interacted with were courteous, the overall experience was extremely unacceptable and far below the standard I expected. During my entire stay, I received no maid service. In addition to that inconvenience, the hotel was without water for several hours on Sunday. I received a text message indicating the water would be off for approximately 35 minutes; however, this turned into several hours. Throughout the day, I was given multiple conflicting updates regarding when the water would be restored. I was told three separate times that the water was back on, only to find that it was not. I left the hotel around 3:00 PM on Sunday to attend an event, and the water still had not been restored after being off since early that morning. As a result, I had to attend my Sunday event without being able to shower. I attempted to cancel the room so I could make other arrangements, but I was told that because the reservation was made through a third party, cancellation was not an option. Due to the limited time between being notified of the water shutoff and the water actually being cut off, I was left with no viable opportunity to secure another hotel or make alternate arrangements to shower. When I returned to the hotel around 1:00 AM, the toilet in my room was clogged, which appeared to be related to the water issue. I requested maintenance assistance and was told there was no one available to assist at that time, but that someone would come first thing in the morning. No one ever came. By the time I checked out, the issue still had not been addressed, meaning I spent the remainder of my stay with no working toilet. I was told my only option at 1:00 AM was to change rooms, which was not a reasonable or practical solution at that hour. To make matters worse, des

To make matters worse, despite all of these inconveniences, I was not offered a courtesy late checkout. I was also charged a second deposit for the additional day I extended my stay, and I still have not received the return of that second deposit. This was a terrible and highly frustrating experience. The lack of maid service, the extended water outage, the inability to shower before my event, the unresolved maintenance issue, the refusal to offer a courtesy late checkout, and the unresolved second deposit collectively made this stay completely unacceptable. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed immediately. I would also like a response regarding the status of my second deposit and what compensation or resolution can be provided for the significant inconvenience I experienced during my stay. We liked the convenience of location.

Unfortunately they had a leak on the third floor and all the water was off before we checked out and we could not shower.

Breakfast personal lacked attentiveness on all aspects even emptying out the garbage.
