"Arthur is the best valet attendant and bellhop!!"

On June 16th we checked into the hotel and had expectations of the room amenities. Yet to find they were lacking as described. We requested from front desk rep Terraine to find a proper coffee pot like what we were told would be in the room. She went out of her way to satisfy my request and found us a a REAL COFFEEMAKER. Love it. Thank you thank you. My am coffee is important and this person made my happiness her priority She should be recognized highly for her effort and customer support.
