Service and hospitality top notch. Front desk assistant manager Daquan Bushka was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Housekeeping manager Tammie Randall always greets me with a smile and asks about my room and accommodations. Her rooms are always extremely clean and immaculate. For these reasons, Hilton’s Royale Palms has always been and will continue to be my go-to vacation spot in Myrtle Beach. Sincerely, an extremely satisfied Hilton Honors Diamond member.

We had a great ocean view room. Jordan checked us in and she was an amazing hostess, she truly listened to what we wanted in a room!!!

Royal Palms employee Ms. Ikea Simmons was AWESOME! Settled every and all issues concerning my stay. Just simply the best. Returned calls and checked in periodically during my stay to ensure things were going as they should.

Our family arrived early at 10am as I received an email we could check in early for 75.00 Once we arrived the front staff said that was a corporate email and did not apply to this resort. My cc was not charged. All good as we took the few hours to have lunch at barefoot landing as it was a overcast chilly morning. The resort called when the room was ready! We had stopped by Walmart to grab snacks & food for the week and headed back to the resort. Once we checked in the room, it was not the room we booked online. Old furniture and green old rugs looked 1970s. After calling the front desk, they were super nice and ask that I check another room as they are privately owned . I presented the photo of the room we booked online and Jordan at the front desk ended up getting us the best room in property with the ocean front we booked✅. Absolutely beautiful, modern and newere up to date 👌🙌. Very nice resort! Friendly , spacious and close to Tanger outlet , barefoot landing and many more attractions!

Morris College alumni weekend We are here for College gathering. Everything is going great and wonderful services. Yolanda and Tammy they welcome us and took care of our needs. For sure next visit.

The view was fabulous! We had to move the first night because the air was broken in our room. But the staff was amazing to accommodate us and moved us to another room which was even better. The location of the facility was great because we were minutes away from stores, shopping, etc. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. Our conference was at the Embassy and the staff was not as hospitable and friendly. Our rooms very clean and the staff accounted any and all of our needs. The amenities could be more accommodating. Didn't like how spread out they were but they were nice. I would like to thank Vjolanda and Tammie for all their hard work and hospitality shown to our room . It really made us feel like family!

Amazing oceanfront location of Hilton Myrtle beach resort, beautiful beach and direct access, neat and clean stay , kids can enjoy mini water park besides the resort. DaQuan at front desk is great guy who goes over and above to help you out!
