Comfortable beds. Clean room. Staff was very friendly.

Air-conditioning was stuck on low cool, and the room was freezing cold. The only way i could change it was to unplug it. The toilet seat was loose. I tightened the plastic screw twice to keep from sliding right. Also, I always check for bed bugs. There weren't any, but I found a piece of chocolate between the mattresses. Lastly, the doors slam very loudly.

Location was great for us. As close as it was to major road, it was quiet. Staff were very friendly.

The facilities need a refresh. The elevator lights blinked and floor tiles were loose. Our room was normal but cleaning staff hadn't vacuumed corners in some time. Bathroom water nozzle not attached to the wall, caulking around tub cracked and missing. Little stuff but it adds up.

Room smelled smoky. Hallway was dirty.

Location, price..it was clean. Breakfast was ample. Some things need repair. Faucet in shower loose not attached. There was a smell of smoke in our hallway. Most annoying was vent to bathroom. Was same switch as light, using bathroom at night led to loud vent noise waking partner. Also door squeecked loudly. There was an absence of care to smaller details, like grout around tub and soap dish not finished. Made things look in disrepair,fixing these things would make place look much better taken care of.
