That it was very clean. We checked in late evening. Front desk associate was very nice.

The door to the cabinet that containes the mini fridge was warped and could not close. We had to put something in front of it. Could have been a safety issue when getting up during the night.

"Mediocre experience, won’t be back"

Location, pleasant staff.

Tube needed cleaning. Worst traffic noise all night that I’ve ever experienced. On checkout, received a message that I hadn’t spent enough to receive loyalty points. I didn’t choose the hotel for points, but why should I show loyalty when I’m treated that way?
