The bed was uncomfortable and some mechanical, / ac noise thru the whole night. I booked a room with a pet, and pets where not allowed. The front desk person helped me to get a room where I could stay with my pet.

When we arrived we were placed in a room that had air freshener discs in the air conditioner vents. It was so strong that within 5 minutes of arriving, my husband started having an asthma attack. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, they charged us extra money to change rooms for the exact same room type. The front desk person said they had to cover up smells somehow.
