Nice furnishings, clean, great water pressure, helpful staff

Wished room was prechecked before we arrived. Room was hot due to AC being off, upstairs... in the mid 90° weather. Took long time to cool. TV/digital TV remotes were not set up. Had to have clerk come fix and took 30 mins. Also had no elevator

The property is very clean and well kept.

The older guy with the bald head and glasses customer service was TOP TIER! He made me and my boys extended stay worth it. I felt welcomed when seeing him. However, whenever he wasn’t on shift, the younger looking guy that wears his hair blowed dried to the back, had terrible customer service. He made our stay very unpleasant. I’ll start by mentioning that one day we noticed that they had a pool, so I asked the guy if it was open and he said no. A couple days later on our way from Papitos, we notice that the pool was full of people laughing and playing. This was so disappointing to my boys and I, especially being that we love swimming. We paid about $1100 to stay there for two weeks and we should have had the right to that pool just like everyone else, but sadly we didn’t. Another time, this same gentlemen called our room questioning my children about me. Walmart is fairly close to this establishment and I decided to walk over to grab some items for my children( 8&11) and I to keep from having to have them out in very hot weather. It took me 30 minutes max to go and come back. When I walked through the front door, he was questioning my kids about me, but told me that the manger was saying that our room was trashy. I was confused immediately and told him that he could come up and check the room, because I could assure him that our room was in near perfect condition. Once I made it in our room, that’s when my children told me about the phone call that was very uncaused for. Lastly, I was being considerate with housekeeping because I knew that we were staying there for quite some time. About every 3 days I’ll have them to come in a clean. Well, the younger looking housekeeping lady had a very rude attitude about bringing us towels, whenever I would ask. It was really to the point that I wish I had spent my money somewhere else.

This was a decent stay for the most part. Other than the people partying on a Saturday night running up and down the halls, yelling and slamming doors at 2 in the morning. Also when we left, there was a man lurking around, slowly creeping up while we were loading the car. We hurried and left.

Loved that there was no deposit because most places don’t tel you if they require a deposit til you show up. Very friendly staff. Really needs an elevator!!!

The break fast options were limited.
