Koh Chang Paradise Resort & Spa

Overall comfortable short stay. Nice greeting at reception with a refreshment drink. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom, the patio area was nice over looking the beach. Pool area is nice and relaxing with a pool bar. Decent size pool for a qiuck dip and mess about in but no more than that. The bathroom had a nice bath tub in it, however no bath soaps provided. Called reception to ask if there was any avaliable and they said "No". Which I thought was a shame we couldn't make use of whats avaliable in the room. Of course we could buy the soaps ourselves but that kinda defeats the purpose when you have a bath, but can't use it at the time. Otherwise its just for show.. Breakfast was a good spread and evening dining was pleasant with a fire show on one of the nights. Check out was easy enough but I had to ask her to check again because I knew we had bills added to the room. Once check out complete and all bills paid, thought she could've been a little bit more helpful on how best way to get back to the pier. After all, I'm pretty sure eveyone who checks out are going to the same place. A lot of confusion and mixed information, with very little English spoken. Even in Thai there was confusion. Overall I'm happy with my stay and would stay again

Lage sensationell, Personal einwandfrei, Frühstück war gut, Einrichtung ist gut da und dort etwas verbesserungsbedürftig( für diese Klasse) aber immer noch Top.Im Mai wenig Leute also kein Liegestuhl- Thema aber in high- season sagten mir viele ein Drama mit Tuch auflegen um 0600. Rege an das zu verbieten.... Motto wer einen Stuhl kriegt hat Ihn halt..... aber keine Reservierungen.

Great stay. Our second time and it doesn’t disappoint.

Grosszügiges Bugalow direkt am Strand, reichhaltiges Frühstück, generell gutes Essen. Ganze Anlage schön sauber. Schöner Strandabschnitt. Einfach so richtig schön um sich zu erholen. Weg vom Trubel des White Sand Beach oder Kai Bae Beach aber mit dem Taxi innert kürzester Zeit erreichbar falls gewünscht.

Tolle Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal! Gutes Frühstück! Lediglich die beiden Musiker abends sollte man einfach weglassen....

Отдыхали в этом отеле уже не в первый раз. Встречали Новый год. Понравилось - новогоднее представление, особенно огненное шоу. У отеля – большая, зеленая ухоженная территория, отдельно стоящие домики (соседи не мешают друг другу). С утра – поют птички, в кустах – летают колибри.. Пляж- чистый, дно- песчаное, без камней, Лежаков - всегда хватало. От отеля можно дойти до водопада, катались на слонах – очень понравилось. Около отеля есть магазины и кафе. Завтраки- хорошие, нам хватало.

Nette Bungalow in tropischem Garten, freundliches Service, einziges Problem durch das PARADISE HILL Hotel Gäste gegenüber der Strasse, diese Gäste haben keinen Strand u dürfen im Paradise den Strand - nicht die Liegen oder den Pool mitbenutzen...trotzdem wurden von diesen Gästen immer wieder Liegen am Strand belegt etc..

Hadde noen fine dager på Koh Chang Paradise Resort and Spa. Nydelig strand tilhørende hotellet. Veldig bra sted til en rimelig penge. God service, rent og flotte fellesområder.
