Proper big hotel, great location if you plan to use public transport (bus/metro) for commuting around Seoul. Airport bus drop/pickup stop is right outside.

The gym floor is oddly placed/hidden.

"Room is spacious with an Mountain View"

The room is spacious. Airport bus stop is in front of the hotel. Wow pass machine at the lobby. Convenient store just downstairs and few minutes walk to subway station. Location is superb.

Will be nice to have self service laundry facilities .

"Welcoming, spacious hotel with excellent access to public transport"

Spacious and clean family room. Easy access to public transport and walking distance to Cheonggyecheon stream as well as Gwangjang food market. Wi-Fi was very reliable. Luggage storage was available.

As a family, we would have liked a community space to spend time outside the bedroom. The breakfast had a good mix of Korean and Continental options, but a bit more variety regarding fruit and juices would have been nice.
