How to check-in/out: The opening hours are 06.30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. Guests arriving after 21:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel using the details on the booking confirmation in order to obtain access to their room. L’emplacement du petit déjeuner était bien,mais nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir déjeuner sur la petite terrasse extérieure.

Bien que le petit déjeuner soit à volonté, il serait appréciable que nous ayons le choix entre un jus de pomme et un jus d’orange et qu’il y ait au moins une vienoiserie (comme sur la photo),car bien que le prix soit correct le choix est limité.

Le seul geste commercial était l'offre du petit déjeuner 🤣

Nous avons réservé une chambre double 15 jours à l'avance avant notre arrivée, lorsque nous sommes arrivés on nous a dit dit les premiers arrivés sont les premiers et mieux servis je suis désolée mais pour avoir réservé une chambre et qu'on nous disent ça c'est pas très professionnel du tout. En suite la chambre était défectueuse nous devions appeler le personnel de garde a chaque fois que nous voulions rentrer dans la chambre c'était mal organisé.

Aucun personnel à l’accueil, il a fallut aller à hôtel d’à côté pour récupérer nos clés ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner. 1 seul verre pour 2 dans le « sanitaire ». 1 seul prise pour brancher des appareils,…. Télécommande télé qui ne fonctionne pas, Insonorisation inexistante. Nous entendons tous ce que le voisin fait ou dit ! Heureusement que nous avons passer une seul nuit. Bref, je ne ferais pas la pub pour cette établissement.

Manque une prise a côté de la table de nuit, une télé qui fonctionne aurait été bien. L'installation électrique n'est pas très aux normes.
