Unit was good, was clean and tidy.

Working night shift, the rooms werent dark enough for sleeping during the day

Staff were great. Walking distance to Hillary’s Boat harbour, where there’s a selection of restaurants and bars.

Not enough parking spots

Location, was clean, staff were friendly and there was onsite parking.

Shower ran out of hot water quickly. Was expensive compared to other places that have given breakfast and some free drinks and later check out for over $100 less.

The location to Hillarys to catchbour Rottnest Day trip.

The room is not very welcoming.the couches,bed settee needs replacing not atvall comfortable and maybe need cleaning. Needs a lamp on the coffee table to create nice lighting on an evening. The plug situation in the kitchen crazy one socket with a huge microwave blocking it. Needs kitchen scissors ✂️ Another middle size saucepan. Extra blankets. The pool was lovely and clean. Sauna we enjoyed. The spa I did report no massage jets working. Maintainence said that is how it is, sorry I think jets should be in there. We do have one at home, so we do know how they work. It would be nice to have pool chair padded covers on they were quite uncomfortable without them. It was good having the washing machine in the apartment and the dryer worked very well that was in the basement. Easy to operate and and pay with your credit card. Ice cube tray cleaners should make sure they are full for every new guest arriving. The water in the fridge with the $3 tag on really surprised me. This should be complementary for Guests. Nice to leave tea coffee milk surely you can afford complementary water. I think the cost per night was far too expensive But it was convenient for our trip to Rottnest.
