Muy amables los personales, y todo!! Muy recomendable

Lo único que yo había puesto de preferencia cama doble llegue y encontré camas individuales, pero la chica me lo arreglo rápido!

First I would say that the hotel itself is in good condition, with okay rooms and a nice pool area hence the reason for 2/5. However, despite being out of the main part of salou it is extremely noisy with many people walking down the street as late as 5am screaming and shouting. As well as this hotel guests were loud and had no care for other people sleeping at around 2am. Also the breakfast area is a FAR too small for the amount of guests. You could be waiting for a table and even when seated it’s like everyone is crowding around you to get food. The check in process is probably the longest one I have ever had to do and the staff were not helpful at all and were often rude when spoken to. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere a bit quieter.
