Le spa était très beau L'emplacement de l'hôtel était très bien Le restaurant était bon Ticket d'autobus gratuit La majorité du personnel était gentil

J'ai trouver des cheveux dans les couvertes du lit Il avait une grosse tache au plafond La fenêtre dans la chambre n'ouvrait pas Luminaire encastré mal installé, laissant apparaître une ouverture visible dans le plafond.

Hot tub and sauna were very nice.

Room was very dated and shabby.

We loved the layout of the hotel, the Lodge style with a fireplace in the lobby was super cozy and just what we liked. The hot pool (inspired by the Cave & Basin) was also very nice! The room was fine and had what we needed. It was a bit small, but we did book that type of room ourselves. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Free underground parking also a plus.

The bed was a little too soft, this made us shift towards the middle during the night as it kind of caved in there. If you like a super soft bed this is it for you, if you like a little bit more firmness than this might be too soft. There also wasn't a mini-fridge, which we did expect for the price we paid for this hotel as other hotels we stayed in during our Rocky Mountains trip did and they were less expensive.

Slow elevator- only 1. No mini fridge in room. Lights not very bright in the room. Too strong scent of hand soap and shampoo.

I felt the property could have done a better job cleaning the rooms and I shared that with the front desk staff. The front desk staff could have been more helpful with passing on useful information about amenities available to us. I say this because I have stayed here many times before this and I feel the service gone down from previous visits. I did not interact with the housekeeping staff, as we were usually out early and they were finished their work before we returned. The restaurant staff were great.
