The Staff are the real assets of this hotel. Each one knows their job, polite, helpful, warm, and respectful. Unlimited free coffee. Unlimited free drinking water. Very clean hotel. Peaceful. Free shuttle service to-and-from D'Mall.

The concessionaire restaurant does not offer good selection of menu and is pricey. They should improve it. Need to fix the aircon at Room 229, it was too noisy.

The staff definitely are A1 but these hotel is very outdated. The toilet clogged on our very first morning. No complimentary coffee which should be a standard. We don’t mind spending but the food at Mama’s Fish House is very expensive as compared to other restos with the same or better caliber in the island. On the plus side, it is very quiet here so good to stay and rest before going to the busy white beach.

"One of the best hotel in Boracay!"

I like the fast and friendly service of the staff. Though the hotel is quite far from the mall, they have free shuttle service to and from the mall which is very convenient for all guests. I also love their pool and beach front view. Highly recommended!

It's no big deal, but it will be more convenient for all guest if you will put some coffee cups and stirrer in the room.
