"Totalt sett et veldig avslappende opphold"

Utrolig hyggelig personale, følte meg veldig godt tatt imot. Spa avdeling hadde god størrelse og på kvelden var det nesten ingen folk. Vil kanskje si at restauranten var noe overpriset, men ikke dårlig mat. Renhold på rommet kunne vært noe bedre, men personalet var kjappe med å tilby løsninger.

Det fanns inte tvål och balsam i duschen så vi fick be personal komma med det. Det var även nästan stopp i avloppet i badkaret och personal skulle fixa det. En man var där och gjorde något, sa att allt var fixat men det var ingen skillnad. Det fanns heller ingen källsortering, såg ingen någonstans på hotellet vilket är riktigt dåligt. Inga ekologiska produkter och inte så mycket miljötänk. Maten var inte uppmärkt på alla ställen så vissa saker visste man inte vad det var eller vad det innehöll. I spaet fanns enbart plastväxter. Kunde ju vara trevligare med Riktiga växter som skulle älska den miljön! Personalen var underbar! Glada, hjälpsamma, trevliga och härliga.

"Vakkert men total mangel på service "

Fantastisk hotell som fortjener et skikkelig personale. Staben virker utrent, uerfaren og svært lite interessert i gjestene. Frokosten så ut som en svinesti. Utrolig synd på sette vakre hotellet.

Fantastisk, men dusjet hadde for liten vanntrykket og det var ikke air condition på rom. Ellers alt var fantastisk!

Litt rotete ankomst. Dette var seafront suite i topp-etasje. Naborommet var ikke avlåst dør imellom. Ekstrasengen var mildes talt ukomfortabel å ligge i. Ett gardin gikk ikke an å trekke for, så det ble tidlig lyst. Men suiten var grei nok.
