Hometowne Studios & Suites By Red Roof Washington

First time stay. It is old and could use new carpet and some paint. Outside needs some TLC, clean up grounds, and parking lot needs redone. BUT room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Even a microwave! Staff was nice - I see they double as maintenance, and check in/out. Very pleasant and helpful. It was GREAT to have a very nice restaurant across the street, as we were so tired from driving. We will try this brand more often because of our stay here.

Great location in Wrigleyville.

Although the decor was dated and could use some cosmetic TLC the staff more than made up for it. Michelle was amazing and accommodating to not only me but to other guests i witnessed her dealing with. The other staff member i dealt with. i didnt get his name, but introduced himself as the maintenance guy was helpful and very friendly. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem and deserves a 5 star rating just in effort alone.

Was nit aware it was owned and operated by Red roof inn. Paid good money s as bf got put into a room in the red roof inn “wing”

Had a great time it was clean and the beds were comfortable

The property was clean the room was nice and the staff were amazingly helpful i had ne hsubamds bday surprises delivered before i reived they took care of them for me was much appreciated

Check on was great, room was large and comfortable. Noe complaints!
