"It was a nice stay but the bathroom could have been cleaner."

Love that it was walking distance to a few restaurants.

The bathroom was not very clean. It looked as if someone before us had used purple shampoo and got it all over the shower and curtain. The shower drain did not drain well so by the time you were done with your shower you were standing in water ankle deep.

"Modern, cozy, and well-designed, great for families!"

This place was such a smart use of space! Comfortable beds, a handy divider, and that West Elm pull-out couch were a win. The bathroom was roomy with great water pressure, and the mirrors + high ceilings made it feel open and bright. Fresh water on arrival and a nice breakfast were a great bonus. Check in was also easy and friendly staff. We were a little worried about safety being so close to Portland, but it felt very safe.

If we could change a few things, it would be having the pool open (I think it was closed for maintenance), not having to pay extra for parking, and warmer blanket options for the kids since we keep the AC nice and chilly.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was a good start in the morning. It is in a good location with dining and shopping options nearby. We stayed for 4 nights but after the 2nd night we had not had anyone clean our room and replace towels. I had to grab new towels off the housekeeping cart.

"Great hotel but could be better."

We stayed in a double suite. 2 queen beds, a separate living area with a sofa which turns into a day bed with a pull out trundle. We had 5 ppl so sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly.

My family of 5 stayed in a double suite with a day bed and pull out trundle. I would think this type of room designed to accommodate a family would have enough bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and at least a roll of paper towel. Sadly, it lacked the in room amenities to accommodate a family.
